Erin feels fortunate to be the person who brings wine and people together. In her years as a sommelier, and now as General Manager of Acme Fine Wines, she has realized that few things can turn around a bad day like the perfect bottle of wine.
Erin worked for 4 years as a sommelier as Del Frisco’s in New York City, managing one of the most expansive and admired wine lists in the city. The opportunity to be the wine director of PRESS Restaurant in St. Helena brought her to the Napa Valley, where she oversaw an award-winning, all-Napa wine list.
Her training through the Court of Master Sommeliers and the American Sommelier Association, combined with her knowledge of the French language and time spent living in Languedoc Roussillon combine to allow her to appreciate wine’s finer points as well as its more quotidian pleasures. Erin, originally from Anchorage, Alaska, lives in St. Helena.
