Founded by Henri Hervieux, these gorgeous wines benefit from clay-limestone soils found throughout their estate vineyards across four magnificent Crus within the Montagne de Reims: Sacy, Chamery, Ecueil and Villedommange. This bottling holds the very prestigious title of ‘Special club’. Made only during the years determined as the highest quality, this classification of wine is developed according to the most demanding specifications in Champagne. Also known as ‘Grower Champagne’, it is required that the growing and winemaking happen under one roof. A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. There is great definition and sharpness to this rosé with a palate of juicy red fruits, and a mineral backbone that draws the finish to an energetic close.
