Hervieux-Dumez Les Grains Blanc Nature Blanc de Blanc Champagne NV

Established just after World War II, Hervieux-Dumez is one of the most spectacular, historic Champagne houses ever. Founded by Henri Hervieux, these gorgeous wines benefit from clay-limestone soils found throughout their estate vineyards across four magnificent Crus within the Montagne de Reims: Sacy, Chamery, Ecueil, and Villedommange.

The Les Grains Blanc is 100% Chardonnay from the Hervieux-Dumez vineyards in Sacy.  The wine was disgorged in November 2022 and has zero dosage.  The aromas of delicate floral notes and ripe cantaloupe with tarragon are complemented by rich flavors on the palate of toasted graham cracker and almond.  It's a fantastic pairing with a decadent cheese and charcuterie board.
